Rhetorical Figures, Morphing, City Slang

* University of Kentucky's Glossary of Rhetorical Figures (in case you were trying to remember the word for the repetition of a consonant sound or of a vowel sound or other terms for language manipulation that you didn't even know you were using.)

* Sarangworld Word Morph (shows you the chain of changing one letter at a time to get you from, say, "slow" to "fast".)

* Learn the Slang of Multiple Cities (I don't know how up-to-date this is...)

More Word Games (Online Ones - Mostly Flash)

I posted this on another site, but here is a word-guessing game:
Word Sandwich

And some other word/letter games (typing):
* Letters 2 (update of the first version of this game... never saw it, but this one's dandy)
* Words (similar to the game above, except you're typing full words rather than just letters...)
* Communal Letter Magnets - Obviously, some of the people you'll be sharing the board with will be idiots. Or spell in a language other than your own. Or idiots who spell in a language other than your own. These things happen.

Spelling!

50 Commonly Misspelled Words
How will you score? (I got 15 wrong. I am a bad person. :( )

Commonly Confused Words Test
Take it! (I scored 100% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 93% Advanced, and 86% Expert; decent, but again, not as well as I should've done, considering my degree. :/ )

Merriam-Webster daily spelling quiz
(I had
"Definition: a light stroking movement used in massage
Pronunciation information: eff-luh-RAHZH"

"Definition: a designer who creates surface decoration by inlaying small pieces of variously colored material
Pronunciation information: moh-ZAY-uh-sist"
&
"Definition: levied or granted at so much per head
Pronunciation information: kap-uh-TADE-um"
and only got the 2nd. :/ I'm doing poorly, by my standards! :(= )
